The PTS Returns

Like we mentioned last week, we are looking to utilize the Fallout 76 Private Test Server (PTS) for many more patches going forward. We would like to re-open the PTS starting next Thursday, April 30, so that we can get lots of early community feedback for our next update, which is currently planned for May. This will provide a couple of weeks of play testing time so that those of you who are interested can share your thoughts and bug reports with us before the patch goes live. As with Wastelanders, your participation will help us get a head start on any needed improvements or fixes.

This round of play testing will once again be invite-only, and all play testers who are selected will also be required to sign an NDA before logging in. Additionally, we are going to re-open signups so that those of you who missed opting into the PTS last time will have another chance before we send out the next wave of invites. Keep an eye out for more details in the coming days about when and how you can opt in to be selected for participation in the PTS. If you took part in the PTS ahead of Wastelanders launch, there’s no need to sign up again. We would be glad to welcome you back to this and future iterations of the PTS.

We look forward to more adventures with you!

Community Calendar Updates

Wastelanders may have brought lots of new people to meet and quests to explore, but we’ve also got plenty of community activities lined up for you over the coming weeks. We’ve revisited the Community Calendar we had released last month to make sure you’ve got all the latest details for future events, like Purveyor Sales, Double XP, and more. Check out the updated schedule below, and then add each of these upcoming events to your own calendar so you don’t miss a moment of the action.

Roll the Dice with the Purveyor

In case you hadn’t heard, your old pal Purveyor Murmrgh took the opportunity with the Wastelanders update to move her shop from Berkeley Springs Station to The Rusty Pick in the Ash Heap. In celebration of her successful move, she’s kicking off a new Mystery Pick event this weekend, starting a little later today. If you’re feeling Lucky, then head to The Rusty Pick before Monday to exchange 60 Legendary Scrips for a completely random three-star legendary item. Mystery Pick Details:

Start: 12:00 p.m. ET on Thursday, April 23 End: 12:00 p.m. ET on Monday, April 27

I omitted the paragraph about the reddit AMA, because, well, it's right there.
