I just received an email that my account has been permanently banned with the typical description on why but nothing specific. I've always been a legit player and never would risk my account which I've spent hundreds of dollars on in atoms.

The only thing I can think of is I've been given 30k atoms out of no where and have reported this issue before. I have dug deep trying to figure out why this is happening and this is the only thing. They've issued me 100k atoms before this and it was fixed. I reported on the second time and now I'm getting this ban.

I'm truly devasted. I've been an avid player and community member and truly don't understand what's going on. I've played the same way for the past two years and never done anything. Besides this atom issue I don't know what could have happened. I've sent in a ticket and hoping I can get some clarity.

EDIT 1: I'm in contact with a community manager on Beth forums. Just having a response could make me cry with happiness.

EDIT 2: Our favorite community manager Lady Devann has been in contact and is pushing the ticket internally on her end. My legs will restlessly shake until this is rectified and figured out. Ill keep updating here as information becomes available.

EDIT 3: I was contacted by customer support with the following: "Thank you for reaching out to support. I am RJ with Bethesda support and I will be working to get this matter resolved. With the information you have provided in the past, the account has had the excess ATOMs removed and access to the account has been returned. If you have any other questions, please reply back and I will do whatever I can to help further." I tried logging and haven't been able to yet. Maybe there is a delay. Regardless it seems that may have been the issue and they recognize it.

EDIT 4: ACCOUNT RESTORED!!!!! I can NOT believe it. I still have 28k atoms but I wrote back saying they haven't been purged and at least we are all on the same sheet of music with what the issue was. I also want to use this space to say this isn't a post to bash Bethesda, the game, the devs or customer support. I wont be roped into that unending debate. I understand "shit happens" but what matters is how the "shit" is rectified. Lady Devann stepped up VERY quick, customer support agreed with me on the issue and its been worked out. That is all that matters. My last update will be if the atoms are purged.

Edit 5: Final update. My account atoms has been reduced to a reasonable level and all is normal again. What an absolutely weird day (this and Bethesda being scooped up by Microsoft). All is well and it's time to enjoy the recent news and get back to wasteland grinding! Thanks to all of you for the support during this crazy time. Your support gave me a bit of a boost during this wacky time.
