The suggestions ill make in this are to address the following major problems in a way that would require a minimum amount of Dev time, some of the rewards I suggest are new though:

  • Factions are underdeveloped
  • Lack of Cap Sinks
  • No real need to interact with other players
  • Endgame being more of a loot and shoot
  • The prevalence of only 4-5 really useful legendary effects that are BiS for all builds
  • No one does Events
  • Survival Rewards

#Camp Upgrades

Optional Upgrades are a pick one, can build another workbench but it'll have to be upgraded all the way again.

  • Stars should be added at the end of bench names to show others the effects it has
  • Optional Effects Will have a Prefix, included in chart
  • Prefix will replace "tinkerer's"

#Legendary Effects

Read:  [FO4] So if you are one of the people that had issues with place everywhere hotkeys, here i try to explain how to change it.

Primary: eg: Prefixes

+Jury Rigged: cheaper repairs/or/50% chance for repair not to consume materials

+Equalizer: does more damage the higher the enemies remaining health

+Reckless: Heavily increases damage but each shot costs 2-5%HP (could depend on fire rate)

+Firefly: enemies killed with a headshot explode dealing damage to surrounding enemies; could be limited to pistols for a buff

+Tactician: killing an enemy with a headshot results in a +3% Damage boost for 30 seconds, up to 30%; could be limited to pistols for a buff

+Stabilized: No Recoil

+Junk Rounds: +50% chance not to consume ammo when firing, increased item condition loss per shot

+Lucky: Small chance for legendary enemies to have 2 legendary drops when killed with this weapon

+Overcharged: Heavily Increased Damage for energy Weapons, uses 3 energy ammo per shot.

+Virulent: (melee only) chance to impart 'infected' effect that "over encumbers" enemies hit e.g. slowed movement + low AP

Secondary: eg explosive

+Cryo Damage

+Incendiary

+Plasma Damage

+Poison rounds(could be made exclusive to bows)

+Heavy Rounds(Slower Fire rate, reduced clip size for slightly higher Damage and stagger chance)

+Extra damage when shot in chest area, reduced headshot/weakness point damage

+One in the chamber (limited to non-single bullet weapons) One bullet per magazine delivers 2.5x Damage

+Shots do not experience damage drop off at long range (except for shotguns)

+15% damage when target is in close proximity

+15% damage when target is far away

+Bleeding Damage

+Slug rounds: Shotguns only (I think this should also be primary)

+Charging: Melee; +50% Increased Power Attack Damage If sprinting

+Can hipfire while sprinting (pistols and subs only)

Tertiary:

+10% chance not to consume ammo when firing

+Increased headshot damage

+Increased Sneak Attack Damage

+increased damage when hip-firing

+Scavver: Increased ammo found on enemies

+Recharging: Energy Weapons recharge clips over time until full

+Reduced ADS time

+Faster Spring Speed(stacks with pistol perks) (no melee)
