DST (Daylight Saving Time) ends at 01:00 (1AM) UTC on October 28th in Europe, and at 02:00 (2AM) local time on November 4th in each of the four US time zones respectively, after which regular/winter time zones are used.

The upcoming B.E.T.A. dates and times were given by Bethesda in the ET time zone shorthand, which covers both EDT and EST. The November 4th time will be in EST, while all of the earlier ones will still be in EDT.
