We just want a game that works.
We deserve to be treated as more than just a "side income" and a "second thought" along side BR.
This is the game that Epic sells for 40 dollars minimum with micro transactions and it gets next to zero attention.
Every time patch notes come out I dig through them in hopes of finding ANY attention to any real issue. (an issue that has been on the front lines for months)
Looking through the posts on forums and reddit makes it even worse.
The casual players love the game, it's like puppy dogs and rainbows. (I miss those days)
To medium and hardcore players the issues start to blast them in the face and it's only getting worse.
A "developer" tussles a few peoples hair and gives them a lollipop and they praise them for even taking the 10 seconds to post on the sub reddit. The same sub reddit that no one would be on if they didn't pay the minimum 40-150$ to have a use for to begin with.
I played this game for the last few months as i'm disabled and a stay at home parent so I put in a bit more time than others and now it's gotten to the point where I can't even log in.
I had uninstalled the game with zero intent to play again and I decided to cave in to in a way "nostalgia" and try it once more.
Surprise I got stuck in a loop telling me to update my game and I couldn't even get into a mission.
I closed the game. No update. Closed/Opened launcher. No update. Restarted PC. No update.
I don't have the correct words to explain the levels of neglect and incompetence it takes to take a game with such potential and turn it into the scam/spam near trash cash it has become.
Even with that said I love and really enjoyed this game but the way Epic has handled it is embarrassing.
