This is my third Hero Perk Suggestions with some changes done to balance out some hero perks and added some constructor hero perks.

Mechanical Bullride

Increases Bull Rush's damage by 36% and adds knockback.

Bull Rush can be controlled more easily and converts it to a mechanical bull which makes you ride it, and it targets nearby enemies which makes them take damage on hit.

Riding Duration lasts for 4 seconds. Any perk that increases Bull Rush's range will instead increase it's duration.

Bull Rush kills can extend it's duration by 0.4 seconds and increases it's damage by 2%. Stacks up to 10 times.

Pressing the ability button again while riding will cause you to get off it.

Mechanical Bullride+

Increases Bull Rush's damage by 72% and adds knockback.

Bull Rush can be controlled more easily and converts it to a mechanical bull which makes you ride it, and it targets nearby enemies which makes them take damage on hit.

Riding Duration lasts for 4 seconds. Any perk that increases bull rush's range will instead increase it's duration.

Bull Rush kills can extend it's duration by 0.8 seconds and increases it's damage by 4%. Stacks up to 10 times.

Pressing the ability button again while riding will cause you to get off it.

Bomb-Proof Base

B.A.S.E affected tiles will take 30% reduced damage from enemy explosion damage and 15% less damage from enemy projectile damage. Increases the Armor of B.A.S.E affected tiles by 15.

Bomb-Proof Base+

B.A.S.E affected tiles will take 50% reduced damage from enemy explosion damage and 30% less damage from enemy projectile damage. Increases the Armor of B.A.S.E affected tiles by 30.

Goin' Constructor Cooldown

Decreases Goin' Constructor's Cooldown by 34%

Goin' Constructor Cooldown+

Decreases Goin' Constructor's Cooldown by 58%

Bigger Attraction

Increases D.E.C.O.Y's Attract radius by 40%

Bigger Attraction+

Increases D.E.C.O.Y's Attract radius by 120%

Rocket Rosie

Rosie can fire home-seeking rockets that seek nearby targets every 8 shots which deal 20 base damage in a 0.5 tile radius.

Rosie kills can cause explosions which deals 7.5 base damage in a 0.5 tile radius.

Rocket Rosie+

Rosie can fire home-seeking rockets that seek nearby targets every 4 shots which deal 35 base damage in a 0.75 tile radius.

Rosie kills can cause explosions which deals 7.5 base damage in a 0.5 tile radius.

Miner's Weapon

Increases Pickaxe Damage to enemies by 75% and Impact by 175%.

Pickaxe Staggers can trigger Kinetic Overload.

Miner's Weapon Perk does not apply to pickaxe structure damage and Anti Material Charge.

Miner's Weapon+

Increases Pickaxe Damage to enemies by 150% and Impact by 350%.

Dealing Pickaxe Damage to enemies can increase it's damage and impact by 10% for 2 seconds, stacks up to 5 times.

Pickaxe Staggers can trigger Kinetic Overload.

Miner's Weapon Perk does not apply to pickaxe structure damage and Anti Material Charge.

Increases Axe Damage by 17%

Increases Axe Heavy Attack Efficiency by 65%

Kinetic Freeze

Kinetic Overload can slow and snare struck targets by 30% for 3 seconds. Kinetic Overload has a 20% chance of freezing struck targets for 2 seconds(5 seconds cooldown).

Increases Melee Weapon Damage to Staggered,Stunned,Knocked, and Frozen Targets by 32%

Kinetic Freeze+

Kinetic Overload can slow and snare struck targets by 30% for 3 seconds. Kinetic Overload has a 35% chance of freezing struck targets for 2 seconds(5 seconds cooldown).

Increases Melee Weapon Damage to Staggered,Stunned,Knocked, and Frozen Targets by 64%

Seismic Quake

Increases Seismic Smash's Width by 0.3 tiles.

Seismic Quake+

Increases Seismic Smash's Width by 0.6 tiles, Range by 2 tiles, and Damage by 33%.

Additionally, Seismic Smash can cause two additional smashes that move in a arc from the original point which deals 66% less damage and 33% less impact.

Flash-Freeze Kick

crescent kick can cause nearby enemies within a 0.5 tile radius to be slowed by 30% for 4 seconds and applies affliction dealing 11 base water damage for 4 seconds. Crescent Kick can freeze struck enemies for 2.5 seconds.

Flash-Freeze Kick+

crescent kick can cause nearby enemies within a 1 tile radius to be slowed by 30% for 4 seconds and applies affliction dealing 22 base water damage for 4 seconds. Crescent Kick can freeze enemies in a area for 2.5 seconds.

Zapper Pistols

Lefty and Righty eliminations can cause a energetic explosion, dealing 8 base energy damage within a 0.5 tile radius and zaps nearby enemies for 8 base energy damage.

Pistol and Smg eliminations can cause a energetic explosion, dealing 30% weapon energy damage in a 0.5 tile radius and zaps nearby enemies for 30% weapon energy damage.

Zapper Pistols+

Lefty and Righty eliminations can cause a energetic explosion, dealing 8 base energy damage within a 0.5 tile radius and zaps nearby enemies for 8 base energy damage.

Pistol and Smg eliminations can cause a energetic explosion, dealing 30% weapon energy damage in a 0.5 tile radius and zaps nearby enemies for 30% weapon energy damage.

Changes Lefty and Righty to Zap and Zapp, which zaps enemies for 10 base energy damage and zaps nearby targets in a 0.5 tile radius for 10 base energy damage. Changes L&R's damage to Energy.

Over-shocking Electricity

Increases Shock Tower's range by 1 tiles

Over-shocking Electricity+

Increases Shock Tower's range by 2 tiles

Additionally, Shock Tower can now electrocute enemies every 0.25 seconds instead of every 0.5 seconds.

Shield of Reflection

While your shields are active, reflect 32% of enemy damage back to the attacker.(5 seconds cooldown for each attacker).

While suffering elemental effects, deal additional elemental damage to enemies equal to 44% weapon damage.

Bonus Elemental Weapon Damage lasts for 3 seconds after being hit with an elemental effect, changes to a different element if hit with a different element.

Shield of Reflection+

While your shields are active, reflect 48% of enemy damage back to the attacker.(5 seconds cooldown for each attacker).

Enemy Elemental effects have a 33% chance to be applied to the attacker. (Requires Shields to be active)

While suffering elemental effects, deal additional elemental damage to enemies equal to 44% weapon damage.

Bonus Elemental Weapon Damage lasts for 3 seconds after being hit with an elemental effect, changes to a different element if hit with a different element.
