I'd like to preface by saying I did a 60 second search to see if anyone else posted anything like this, and I didn't see any, but if someone did, I'm sorry for the repost.
You can find the spreadsheet here.
I tracked my gold and ticket gains at difficulties 3-23 (sorry I couldn't do more, I'm not a high enough level to do the later ones myself, and I don't have many friends that will play more than once a week). I only tracked the difficulty turn up rewards, not the gold for finishing the mission or any other rewards.
The first grid and top 2 graphs are just the numbers, at base level X turning it up 1-5 times grants the corresponding gold and tickets.
The second grid and middle 2 graphs are the % increase in gold/tickets at the same base level over the previous turn up value (so at level 3 turning it up twice grants 63.64% more gold than just turning it up once).
The third grid and bottom graphs are the % increase in gold/tickets at the same difficulty turn up over the previous base level.
I did replay several "X base difficulty turned up Y times" and found that the reward was fixed, there was never a change in how much "X turned up Y" granted.
I'm not a data analyst beyond that I can tell you the numbers almost always go up, so I was posting this here in hopes that the data would mean more to someone else. If anyone can make anything out of this, I'll be thrilled.
