Here is the concept art for what this mission might look like.
•Objective: Survive and Eliminate
•Mechanics: You are placed in a barren wasteland outside the safety of the storm shields protection, there is no where to loot, nothing to collect resources from other than the remains of eliminated enemies. You will be relying on you and your teams own resources that you load in with, however every 5 waves Ray will send you a storm shield storage drone that you can access for 30 seconds to pull resources from. The entire mission will be centred around your teams endurance, the longer you survive, the more you put into the mission, the better rewards.
•Building: Given that you’re in a hostile terrain, you’ve got to set up shelter. Ray has been working on something new, your placed structures are lined with anti storm material, each item you build provides storm protection around it, giving you just enough room to fight comfortably. The storm hits hard so don’t stay out there too long!
•Floors only provide storm protection for the 1 tile where it is placed meaning if you really wanted you could just place a single floor and have your team stand on it to fight.
•Walls give 3 Tiles of storm protection in all directions, but if you edit the wall you will lose a percentage of storm protection for each box edited down.
•Stairs give 1 tile of protection where it’s placed and an additional 1 tile in the direction it’s facing
•Pyramid pieces provide one tile of protection on themselves and an addition 1 above it
Lastly for building you and your team are limited to 30 structures placed per person (this does not include traps) traps can be placed without limit on any structures built.
•Combat: You are trying to survive, and that’s it, there’s no objective to defend other than your life. What you build will protect you from not only storm damage, but from the husks, however turtling will not win you this game, as stated at the start, the goal is to survive and eliminate. Each round your team has to kill a certain number of husks to proceed to the next round. All manner of husks come at you randomly, with no warning. Being that you are in uncharted territory, you don’t see the husk spawning-tentacles, they can come from any direction, at any time. All spawns are erratic, they will spawn at least 3 tiles away from your builds.
•Difficulty: This mission starts off as by default, sending power level 140 enemies at you, because it is intended for a full party of players who are end-game. You can up the difficulty if you choose to, but it works on a voting system that requires all 4 team members to vote on. The difficulty system does not increase the power level of husks, but rather there are tiers of modifiers to choose. All must be voted on before you start the mission.
The mission reward cycles out every day. You are limited to 3 Onslaught mission a day, for example day one gives raindrops, day two gives eye of the storm, and so fourth, it will keep cycling through each evolution mat, and then cycle through perk up mats (because this is twine peaks it will randomly select between epic perk up, legendary perk up, or re-perk) only one perk up mat will be selected before then cycling back through evo mats.
Each difficulty increase will provide increased rewards.

-Slowing Pools: 0.15x
-Smoke Screens: 0.15x
-Uncharted Enemies: 0.10x
-Wall weakening: 0.10x
Enabling each modifier is free to enable but lasts for the duration of your match so plan carefully! With all enabled you will be receiving 2x the rewards you’d be getting, and all 4 team mates must vote yes to have it enabled, if one person votes
