This is my second hero perk suggestion post with some changes to the perks and made some perk icons.

Bear Claws

Teddy can now melee attack (with it's claws!) at nearby enemies within a 0.75 tile radius for 75% damage every 0.5 seconds.

Bear Claws+

Teddy can now melee attack (with it's claws!) at nearby enemies within a 0.75 tile radius for 150% damage every 0.5 seconds.

Teddy's claws can apply affliction to enemies which deals 66% damage per second, decaying over 3 seconds

Bear Claws

Seismic Quake

Increases Seismic Smash's Width by 0.3 tiles, Range by 1.5 tiles, and Damage and Impact by 22.5%.

Seismic Quake+

Increases Seismic Smash's Width by 0.6 tiles,Range by 3 tiles, and Damage and Impact by 45%.

Increases Seismic Smash's Speed by 50%

Additional Seismic Smash can cause two additional smashes that move in a arc from the original point which deals 66% less damage and 33% less impact.

Seismic Quake

Polar Teddy

Enemies damaged by Teddy will be slowed and snared by 30% for 6 seconds.

Teddy can apply water affliction to enemies, dealing 12 base water damage per second for 3 seconds.

Increases Teddy damage by 25% to afflicted, slowed, snared and frozen targets.

Polar Teddy+

Enemies damaged by Teddy will be slowed and snared by 30% for 6 seconds.

Teddy can apply water affliction to enemies, dealing 12 base water damage per second for 3 seconds.

Increases Teddy damage by 25% to afflicted, slowed, snared and frozen targets.

Teddy has a 20% chance to freeze enemies for 2 seconds.

Polar Teddy

Brute Bear

teddy can fire 2 mini-missiles (from it's left arm) at nearby enemies every 2 seconds dealing 40% damage in a 0.75 tile radius.

teddy can fire shotgun pellets (from it's right arm) at nearby enemies that deal 60% damage every 0.5 seconds to enemies within 60% of it's range.

Brute Bear+

teddy can fire 4 mini-missiles (from it's left arm) at nearby enemies every 2 seconds dealing 60% damage in a 0.75 tile radius.

teddy can fire shotgun pellets (from it's right arm) at nearby enemies that deal 90% damage every 0.5 seconds to enemies within 60% of it's range.

Brute Bear

Shocking Start

Shock Tower can cause nearby enemies to be zapped for 125% damage and impact upon placement.

Shock Tower deals more damage and impact for each electrocution cycle. stacking up to 5 times with each stack increasing damage by 7% and impact by 9%. All stacks are removed at the end of shock tower's duration.

Lefty and Righty eliminations can cause a energetic explosion, dealing 8 base energy damage within a 0.5 tile radius and zaps nearby enemies for 8 base energy damage.

Pistol and Smg eliminations can cause a energetic explosion, dealing 30% weapon energy damage in a 0.5 tile radius and zaps nearby enemies for 30% weapon energy damage.

Zapper Pistols+

Lefty and Righty eliminations can cause a energetic explosion, dealing 8 base energy damage within a 0.5 tile radius and zaps nearby enemies for 8 base energy damage.

Pistol and Smg eliminations can cause a energetic explosion, dealing 30% weapon energy damage in a 0.5 tile radius and zaps nearby enemies for 30% weapon energy damage.

Changes Lefty and Righty to Zap and Zapp, which fire explosive bolts of electricity dealing energy damage in a 0.5 tile radius.

Shield of Reflection

While your shields are active, reflect 32% of enemy damage back to the attacker(3 second cooldown for each attacker).

While suffering elemental effects, deal additional elemental damage to enemies equal to 44% weapon damage.

Bonus Elemental Weapon Damage lasts for 4 seconds after being hit with an elemental effect, changes to a different element if hit with a different element.

Shield of Reflection+

While your shields are active, reflect 48% of enemy damage back to the attacker(3 second cooldown for each attacker).

Enemy Elemental effects have a 33% chance to be applied to the attacker. (Requires Shields to be active)

While suffering elemental effects, deal additional elemental damage to enemies equal to 44% weapon damage.

Bonus Elemental Weapon Damage lasts for 4 seconds after being hit with an elemental effect, changes to a different element if hit with a different element.

Firework Firearms

Ranged Weapons have a 15% chance to cause lingering fireworks upon hitting a target, which deal 32% base weapon damage in a 0.5 tile radius for 3 seconds.

Lingering Fireworks can apply affliction which deals 4 base fire damage for 3 seconds.

Firework Firearms+

Ranged Weapons have a 15% chance to cause lingering fireworks upon hitting a target, which deal 50% base weapon damage in a 0.5 tile radius for 3 seconds.

Lingering Fireworks can apply affliction which deals 4 base fire damage for 3 seconds.

Lefty and Righty can cause fireworks which deal 10 base damage in a 0.5 tile radius and applies affliction to enemies which deals 3 base fire damage for 3 seconds.

Explosive Stars

throwing stars can cause an explosion on first hit which deals 12.5% of it's damage in a 0.5 tile radius for each star.

throwing stars eliminations can cause an explosion which deals 2.5% of it's damage in a 0.25 tile radius.

Explosive Stars+

throwing stars can cause an explosion on first hit which deals 37.5% of it's damage in a 0.75 tile radius for each star.

throwing stars eliminations can cause an explosion which deals 7.5% of it's damage in a 0.25 tile radius.

Flash-Freeze Kick

crescent kick can cause nearby enemies within a 0.5 tile radius to be slowed by 30% for 5 seconds and

applies affliction dealing 11 base water damage for 5 seconds.

Flash-Freeze Kick+

crescent kick can cause nearby enemies within a 1 tile radius to be slowed by 30% for 5 seconds and

applies affliction dealing 22 base water damage for 5 seconds. Crescent Kick can now freeze enemies for 2.5 seconds.

Singularity Grenades

grenades can cause nearby enemies within 150% of it's radius to be pulled towards the center of impact upon exploding which deals 25% of it's damage to enemies. Singularity does not mini bosses.

Grenades can now spawn a black hole which lasts for 3 seconds and causes nearby enemies to be pulled towards the center within its Singularity radius. Singularity and Black-Hole does not affect mini bosses.

Singularity Grenades+

grenades can cause nearby enemies within 200% of it's radius to be pulled towards the center of impact upon exploding which deals 50% of it's damage to enemies.

Grenades can now spawn a black hole which lasts for 6 seconds and causes nearby enemies to be pulled towards the center within its Singularity radius. Singularity and Black-Hole does not affect mini bosses.
