Background: I did not click on any free v-bucks phishing material or links.
I have been wanting to purchase something on Fortnite and was finally able to buy a skin. On Monday I purchased $25.00 US dollars worth of V-Bucks <2,500 (+300) Bonus)> and purchased myself the loch-ness skin.
While in my design class I received a couple of E-mails stating that I purchased $25.00 of V-bucks. I shrugged it off and thought it was from yesterday, but then received 4 more emails saying I bought $100 dollars worth, and finally $60.
It has been a total of $485 dollars worth of V-bucks that I got, and when I checked the account, apparently I had every available skin that you can purchase in game, and including the season pass.
I am graduating in 18 days and I cannot afford my Cap and gown to graduate. Please if any employee can help me.
Here are the E-mails of the fraudulent purchases:
The difference is that at the bottom, it says where the purchase is,
"HERE'S WHAT YOU ORDERED: 2,500 (+300 Bonus) V-Bucks | Epic Games | $ 24.99 "
That's on my actual purchase, but from all the fraudulent purchases, it states
"HERE'S WHAT YOU ORDERED:
10 000 V-bucks (+3500 en bonus) | Epic Games | $ 99.99"
This shows "en bonus", which is probably England, I assume. Not completely sure.
If I could get any help, please, that would be great!! I really need to buy my cap and gown immediately.
Any help is appreciated!
