I am still level ~30 but the pacing of missions, for a grindy game, feels slow. What I mean by that is, even if you want to sit and grind for an hour, it still feels there is too much wasted time of doing nothing. Every mission you or someone else will run around for an unknown duration, doing their dailies or stories (find X, destroy X), this could take from 5 minutes to 10 minutes of different players. I end up going into the objective and AFKing for 5 minutes checking occasionally for when they are ready to start the main objective. And that's not their fault, it's the game's fault in my opinion.
So what if missions like, destroy and search where available after we finish with the missions? It will incentivize "speedrunning" the main objective and then everyone is free to do whatever they want for as long as they like until they finish with their side quests and leave. Ofcourse if you don't have/want to do any sidequests, after you finish with the main quest you can instantly leave and get your rewards.
This will not help with AFKers or Resource Gathereres but it will speed the process of the people that actually play the game and eliminate that early wasted time by encouraging objective first.
