There's a huge number of changes for animation, but I think they're only in name (specifically, it used things like $Birth that now became Animplay Birth Birth).

Also, almost all abilities with "AllowHitTest" had the line removed (it did nothing outside of test enviroments afaik, specially since they all have the value = 0 ingame).

Looks like all debuff vulnerable had a line erased, must be the bugfix for Timestop and Stasis removing armor debuffs. Even if they were old talents that were removed with reworks (Artanis Psionic Wound for example).

If an armor debug does not have the line removed, let me know so I can check them, as it means that they either never had the bug or they still do after the patch.

CDR triggers got a small change globally, unsure about the effects it can have. Specifically, there's now a new trigger that says "Abilities CD can be reset". Most likely for an upcoming hero, maybe Anduin will reset other players' abilities.

If a line is striked it means that there was a change between the PTR and live. All other changes explicit to Live will start with Live:

  • Abathur

    • Symbiote caparace CD is 6 (from 12). Duration from 8 to 6.
    • Regeneration no longer requires a talent, and it's now completely linked to the shield, no longer a 4 seconds duration. Heal went from 62 to 22, and only applies to heroes heroes and monstrosity.
    • Monstrosity Deep Tunnel now baseline, CD from 25 to 80.
    • Was there a bug with the damage stacking? They added an "Add" rule to it. Maybe it was multiplying itself by 0.02 each time instead?
    • During the deep tunnel travel (0.1875 seconds) you're immune to allied displacements.
    • Locust duration from 25 to 16. Damage from 34 to 40.
    • Bombard locust damage from 57/57.8 (melee/ranged) to 40.
    • The hivemind shield from caparace now doesn't apply to Stasis and Time stopped units.
    • Volatile mutation now leeches 50% damage from heroes.
    • Evolution complete is now a 100% extra damage multiplicative multiplier for the Monstrosity. This means it stacks additively with the Accumulator for a max of 300%.
    • Live: Symbiote host is no longer removed by the target going benign. This may mean that it stays on while the target is gorged.
    • Expanded Role: Support.
  • Anubarak

    • Burrow Charge makes you immune to ally and enemy displacement.
  • Azmodan

    • Black Pool (lv 20) debuff is now considered a vulnerable debuff.
    • Expanded Role: Ranged Assassin.
  • Sonya

    • Expanded Role: Bruiser.
  • BW

    • Critterize armor got the line removed.
    • Invisible Friends no longer has a validator of target not immune to friendly abilities (my guess it's that if you can R someone, they can get invisible friend'ed so it was unneded and maybe a special case prevented you from getting this heal when you should)
  • Butcher

    • Ruthless charged got its validator removed, if the target is dead or the caster is in stasis except timestop. I have no idea if this has any actual effect ingame.
    • Butcher's Brand is now cleansable (expanded cleanse)
    • Expanded Role: Melee Assassin.
  • Chen

    • Storm Earth and Fire now has a 12 placement range for the teleport at the end of its effect. It used to not have anything so I don't know what it defaults to.
    • Expanded Role: Bruiser
  • Johanna

    • Blinded by the light (lv20) no longer applies it shield to nearby Stasis and TimeStopped targets.
  • Valla

    • Expanded Role: Ranged Assassin.
  • Diablo

    • Lightning Breath is now also immune to ally and enemy displacements.
  • Lunara

    • Expanded Role: Ranged Assassin.
  • Falstad

    • Flight got immunity to allied and enemy displacements.
    • Expanded Role: Ranged Assassin.
  • Greymane

    • Expanded Role: Ranged Assassin.
  • Illidan

    • The Hunt missile got immunity to allied and enemy displacements.
    • Expanded Role: Melee Assassin.
  • Jaina

    • Northern Exposure armor got the line removed.
    • Expanded Role: Ranged Assassin.
  • Kael

    • Expanded Role: Ranged Assassin.
  • Kerrigan

    • Sharpened Blades (lv4) got reworked. Instead of triggering from the unit's death, it triggers from fatal damage. So things like Xul's skeleton's dying from negative HP regen will not give Q damage.
    • Expanded Role: Melee Assassin.
  • Leoric

    • Wraith Walk and March of the Black King got immunity to allied and enemy displacements.
    • Expanded Role: Bruiser.
  • Li Li

    • Lightning Serpent and Blessing of Yulon now checks if it has itself for the behavior, this is most likely a try mode fix, it used to be done by triggers.
    • Expanded Role: Healer.
  • Malfurion

    • Expanded Role: Healer.
  • Medic

    • The Grenade visual guide is changed, from the missile to the ground impact.
    • Expanded Role: Healer.
  • Kharazim

    • The earth ally buff no longer has a duration, but now it has two new validators, that the unit is close to Earth ally (8), and that the Earth Ally isn't dead. This is to prevent the armor duration buff from circling around like a madman.

  • Muradin

    • ThunderClap's thunderburn is now applied before any other talent or effect. I wonder why this was changed.
  • Murky

    • Expanded Role: Melee Assassin.
  • Xul

    • Bone Prison amplify damage got its line removed.
    • Expanded Role: Melee Assassin.
  • Nova

    • Snipe no longer gets cancelled immediately if the caster died.
    • Triple Tap's reveal now ends immediately if the target becomes invulnerable.
    • Crippling Shot armor got its line removed.
    • Expanded Role: Ranged Assassin.
  • Raynor

    • Hyperion's Cursor Guide was changed. Now shows units being hit in a radius of 8.75 centered 0.25 units in front of Raynor too.
    • Inspire's thruster model was removed (??)
    • Weak Spot armor got its line removed.

  • Rehgar

    • Ancestral can now be self casted.
    • Expanded Role: Healer.
  • Rexxar

    • Expanded Role: Bruiser.
  • Sgt. Hammer

    • Expanded Role: Ranged Assassin.
  • Stitches

    • Lacerate armor debuff is now considered vulnerable debuff.
    • The hook now stars 0.75 units in front of Stitches (down from 2).
    • Hook now checks for immunity to allied/enemy displacement instead of immunity to CC or diablo's lightning breath. <– Seems he can hit a fortified sgt hammer now.
  • Sylvanas

    • Cold embrace armor got its line removed.
    • Expanded Role: Ranged Assassin.
  • Tassadar

    • Shield Battery shield no longer applies to stasis and timestopped targets.
    • Expanded Role: Support.
  • Thrall

    • Expanded Role: Bruiser.
  • Gazlowe

    • Expanded Role: Melee Assassin.
  • Tychus

    • Expanded Role: Ranged Assassin.
  • Tyrael

    • Judgment's charge makes you immune to ally and enemy displacement.

    • Hunter Mark's armor got its line removed.
    • Shooting Star cannot hit units immune to friendly abilities. So vehicles won't be targetted by it.

  • Li-Ming

    • Hearthstone got a special interaction with Archon. It now removes the Archon buff on effect. It used to be done by a trigger, so hearthstoning in Archon no longer applies a 10 seconds cd.
    • Illusionist had a long standing bug fixed. It now checks for damage done instead of damage absorbed.

    • Lightning Fury missile got changed. It no longer has a different speed at the final 3 ticks. Now has a range of 11.1 (from 10.5) and searches in a 0.6 units wide and 1.25 units forward (same as always). The lightning now appears 0.4 units to the side (from 1.25), but moves 8.95 units (from 8.75).
    • Expanded Role: Ranged Assassin.
  • Ana

    • Way too many changes, but nothing that escaped the patch notes so I got lazy.
    • She didn't get expanded role: healer, I'm guessing live will have it. Live update: no, she doesn't.
    • Live changes: no longer checks for Grenade Calibration complete (no longer exists) and Eye of Horus damage now searches for the vector point instead of the target point. Anti healer got fixed and now correctly increases the duration by 50% instead of 25% and doubles the area (instead of nothing).
    • Nanoboost trigger got changed. It now uses the default CDR trigger (StormUniversalModifyCooldownonUnitCDRforAbilities) instead of a unique one.
  • Auriel

    • Shield of Hope's shield no longer applies to stasis and timestopped targets.
    • Live: Now shows icons for the 3 panda elementals if you D them.
    • Expanded Role: Healer.
  • Gall

    • Expanded Role: Ranged Assassin.
  • Chromie

    • Slowing Sands 50 and 60 slow application now have the parent StormSlow. I do not think this has any impact since the debuff were always considered a slow. Maybe a fix for some edge case.

  • Deckard

    • Fortitude of the Faithful got a range decrease? Not sure if it's visual only or a fix.
    • The sound played at stay a while and listen was removed. <- I'm not sure about this, they may have been changed to a new file.
  • Dehaka

    • Brushstalker's travel got immune to allied displacements.
    • Expanded Role: Bruiser.
  • Dva

    • Expanded Role: Bruiser.
  • Fenix

    • Purification Salvo is now cleansable (expanded cleanse).
    • Expanded Role: Ranged Assassin.
  • Garrosh

    • Inner Rage (lv20 body check talent) went from a Rate Multiplier Array into a check every tick that removes 0.0625 of it's cooldown if the armor is above 25.
    • Wrecking Ball can no longer throw map creatures.
  • Genji

    • Expanded Role: Ranged Assassin.
  • Gul'Dan

    • Haunt armor got its line removed.
    • Expanded Role: Ranged Assassin.
  • Hanzo

    • Dragonstrike got a new impact sound.
    • Sharpened arrow armor got its line removed.
    • Expanded Role: Ranged Assassin.
    • Hanzo's POTG got its sound removed. Just like Deckard, I think that it was changed to a different file to allow skins to change the sound instead of being actually removed.
  • Imperius

    • Celestial Charge's Impaling Light token is now only given if Imperius is not silenced. Weird change.
    • Angelic Armament's Heavenly Host shield is only given to allies if they're not stasis or timestopped.
    • Celestial Charge itself now also checks for the target being a hero, not unstopabble and Imperius isn't silenced before adding units to the tracker. Was it stunning people even if they were unstopabble or if Imperius got silenced mid dash?
    • Expanded Role: Bruiser.
  • Junkrat

    • Expanded Role: Ranged Assassin.
  • KT

    • Barbed chain's armor got its line removed.
    • Expanded Role: Ranged Assassin.
  • Lucio

    • Expanded Role: Healer.
  • Maiev

    • Shadow Orb Shadow Strike's armor got its line deleted.
    • Fan of Knives mana return from 35 to 30.
    • Expanded Role: Melee Assassin.

    • Vanquish the Weak slow can no longer be applied to Structures.
