This might be the most insane concept I have ever done. Not only I am foolish enough to attempt to make a support hero, I am also trying to make someone who is commonly designed to be a core-replacing hero into an implantable hero in hots. Therefore, here I am, presenting the god of the deep himself, N'Zoth! Feedbacks are appreciated.

And don't worry, he is not a structure-related hero.

N'Zoth is a ranged support with super long range abilities and basic attacks (9 range to be exact, same as Tychus' Odin basic attack range). He has a rather small health pool, a moderate attack speed (1 atk/sec) and moderate basic attack damage. He can provide a noticeable amount of cc, buffs, debuffs, and vision.

Strengths:

  • Global Mobility
  • High cooldown recovery during team fights
  • Out of combat recovery
  • Super-long range attacks/buffs

Weaknesses:

  • Super low mobility
  • Rather squishy
  • Low PvE power
  • Ability delays

Unlike normal heroes, N'Zoth can choose from 3 heroic abilities, just like Varian.

Abilities:

Trait-The Corruptor: Direct damage corrupts enemies hit, dealing damage every second for 4 seconds. Every time this damage triggers on enemy heroes, reduce the cooldown of ALL of your abilities by 0.5 seconds.
Additionally, N'Zoth can't move, but is immune to displacement effects. After he has not taken damage for 5 seconds, restore 5% of his maximum health every second.

Q-Tentacle Slam: Vector Targeting After 0.75 seconds, deal moderate damage in a wide line and slow enemies hit by 30% for 2 seconds. 8 seconds cooldown.

W-Mark of the Old Gods: Restore 5% health to an allied hero and give them 5% attack speed, movement speed, and spell damage for 4 seconds. This can affect enemy heroes to do opposite effects. 12 seconds cooldown.

E-Eye of N'Zoth: Place an eye with 300 health which reveals the surrounding area. It also blasts nearby enemies for slight damage every second. Lasts 8 seconds. 18 seconds cooldown. Z-Void Rift: Moving instead spawns a void portal visible only to you after 1.5 seconds at the targeted visible location. Activate to channel for 2 seconds to teleport to the portal. Taking damage interrupts the channel. 15 seconds cooldown.

R1-Gaze of the Void: After 2 seconds, channel an unlimited range eye beam for 3 seconds, dealing massive damage every 0.25 seconds. Affected enemies are slowed by 5% for 3 seconds, stacks up to 50%. Gaze of the Void's direction changes with your mouse cursor position. 150 seconds cooldown.

R2-Mind Realm: After 2 seconds, put all heroes into a Mind Realm for 20 seconds. Allied heroes gain 20 armor, and N'Zoth becomes Psychus, gaining new basic abilities, and can move. N'Zoth returns to his original position upon ending.
If Psychus dies, Mind Realm ends, and N'Zoth takes 50% maximum health as damage and is stunned for 4 seconds. 120 seconds cooldown.

R3-Edge of Madness: After 1.5 seconds, damage and fear all enemy heroes affected by The Corruptor for 2 seconds. 90 seconds cooldown.

Psychus' Abilities (during Mind Realm):

Q-Mindwrack: After 0.5 seconds, deal moderate damage in a cone in front of him and slow enemies hit by 30% for 2 seconds. 8 seconds cooldown.

W-Will of N'Zoth: Apply Mark of the Old Gods to nearby heroes at 75% duration. 12 seconds cooldown.

E-Manifest Madness: Deal moderate damage to nearby enemies. For each enemy hero hit, gain 10 armor for 3 seconds. 15 seconds cooldown.

Level 1:

Grasping Tendrils (Q): Tentacle Slam's slow is increased by an additional 5% every time The Corruptor affects enemy heroes. At 100%, enemies hit are rooted for 2.5 seconds instead.

Gift of the Black Empire (W): Mark of the Old Gods has 2 charges. For each charge you have, you gain 5% increased attack speed and spell power.

Eye of Corruption (E): Eye of N'Zoth's damage and area is increased by 20% every time it attacks.

Deep Slumber (D): The Corruptor can be activated to reset the cooldown of Void Rift and put nearby enemy heroes to sleep for 3 seconds. The Corruptor's damage does not wake sleeping targets. 60 seconds cooldown.

Level 4:

Repeated Bashing (Q): Tentacle Slam is recast at the targeted location after 0.5 seconds using Tentacle Slam at 50% damage.

Paranoia (W): Increase the healing and damage of Mark of the Old Gods by 60%. When the marked heroes are near N'Zoth or other marked heroes, the effects of the marks are increased by 100%.

Void Blast (E): Your basic attacks and Eye of N'Zoth's attacks cleave in an area for 100% damage. Affected enemies deal 2% reduced damage for 3 seconds, up to 20%.

Ny'alothian Rift (Z): Void Rift leaves behind a pair of obelisks between the departure and arrival locations for 10 seconds. Allied heroes can channel at the obelisks for 2 seconds to teleport to the other one.

Level 7:

Siphoner (W): Mark of the Old Gods also causes allied heroes to heal for 20% of their damage dealt throughout the duration. Does not affect enemy heroes.

Avoidant (W): Mark of the Old Gods causes allied heroes to evade the next 2 basic attacks while the mark is active. Enemy heroes will evade the next 2 health restoration instead.

Ineffable Truth (W): Mark of the Old Gods increased the cooldown recovery rate of allied heroes by 50% throughout the duration. Enemy heroes' cooldowns recover 50% slower instead.

Level 13:

Twisted Appendage (Q): Tentacle Slam also fires a void bolt to nearby enemies after slamming. Void bolts deal slight damage, slows by 20%, and increases the damage of The Corruptor on affected enemies by 100% for 2 seconds.

Echoing Void (E): Every 2 seconds, Eye of N'Zoth deals slight damage within its area. For each enemy hero hit, its duration is extended by 1 second.

Infinite Stars (D): Every time The Corruptor deals damage to enemy heroes, gain a stack of Infinite Stars. At 20 stacks, your next ability is instant, and rains an Infinite Star on affected enemies, dealing moderate damage.

Level 16:

Heart of Darkness: Mark of the Old Gods is also applied to other nearby heroes.
Passive: Gain all level 7 talents.

Grand Delusions (E): Eye of N'Zoth has 2 charges. The eye heals itself for 25% of the damage done to enemy heroes.

Cascading Disaster (D): The Corruptor deals damage 25% more often over the same duration.

Dark Whispers (R): Finishing casting heroic abilities also cast Edge of Madness. If you have picked Edge of Madness, it gains an additional charge instead.

Level 20:

All Eyes Shall be Opened! (R1): Gaze of the Void also causes 2 lesser beams to fire from N'Zoth at the sides, dealing 50% damage. Damage from Gaze of the Void and Eye of N'Zoth reduces both abilities' cooldowns by 3 seconds.

Horrific Vision (R2): Mind Realm now lasts infinitely and can now be turned off when Mind Realm's cooldown ends, which will be placed into cooldown again when ending. However, the armor bonus is reduced to 15, and N'Zoth also dies when Psychus dies.

Sanity Forfeited (R3): Edge of Madness allows you to mind control affected enemy heroes for 3 seconds if it hits only 1 hero. You can only move the enemy hero while mind controlling.
Passive: If The Corruptor has lasted for at least 10 seconds on an enemy hero, they are feared for 0.75 seconds.

Mind Grasp (D): When affected by The Corruptor, if an enemy hero attempts to leave N'Zoth's basic attack range, they are pulled to N'Zoth. Can only pull 1 hero every 30 seconds, which can be reduced by The Corruptor.
Passive: Increase the cooldown reduction from The Corruptor to 1 second.

Inevitable Doom (Active): Activate to cause your next Mark of the Old Gods to also gain 40% increased damage and -40 armor for its duration. Whenever the marked target gets a takedown or dies, reduce this cooldown by 20 seconds. 200 seconds cooldown.
