I don't want to start suggesting complete hero reworks, because that seems to be a lot of work. I merely want to make some suggestions that would make unpopular talents more useful.

Level 1:

>: removed (merge with Lv7 ).

(new): Increase Pulse Bomb's damage to non-heroic targets by 100%.

Level 4:

>: New functionality: The healing duration of Regeneration Globe and Healing Fountain is increased by 150%. (But heal per second would be the same).

>: Take downs now increase Tracer's Basic Attack damage by 1.5%, up to 30%. Half of the bonuses are lost on death.

Level 7:

>: Added functionality: Increase Tracer's Movement Speed by 30% for 0.2 seconds after casting Blink.

>: Added functionality: Also increases the amount of time Recalled by 1 second. (Basically merging the lv 1 to this talent)

Level 10:

>: Added functionality: Enemies hit also have their armor lowered by 25% for 3 seconds. (Take note that armor effects no longer stack)

Level 16:

>: New functionality: If an entire ammo magazine is unloaded on an enemy, increase Tracer's Basic Attack damage by 20% for 4 seconds (or just how long for tracer to fire and reload two magazines). The duration is can be refreshed, and the effect can stack once with itself.

Level 20:


>: New functionality: Successfully sticking a Pulse Bomb to an enemy Hero allows Tracer to cast a free Pulse Bomb within 1 second. This bomb only deals 50% damage. The second Pulse Bomb cannot be attached to the same target as the first Pulse Bomb (it will just ignore the original target when cast).


Level 1:

>: New functionality: Now casting > would allow you to lunge at the targeted direction for a short distance as well. (about the same distance as his wolf attack charge range).

Level 4:

>: Added functionality: Also increases the Movement Speed for Ghost Wold from from 20% to 30%.

Level 7:


Added functionality: Earthbind Totem also reveals the area around it while it exists.

Added functionality: Active to reveal an area for 5 seconds. Enemies in the area are revealed for 3 seconds. (30s cooldown)

>: Added functionality: Ghost Wold attacks also deals 100% more damage to non-heroic targets.

Level 16:

>: Added functionality: Ghost Wolf attacks against Heroes also decrease Ghost Wolf's cool down by 1 second.

Level 20:

>: New functionality: Ancestral Healing also gives target Hero a Shield for the same amount that hero is healed by Ancestral Healing, lasts 5 seconds.
