I know that, notably, the Mecha-universe skins and all are very popular and beloved. And that's okay. I'm not saying they should forever stop making those, but lately we've been having a huge imbalance in favor of Nexus skins, and less Blizzard skins. Star Princess, Mecha, Xeno, Toy, Wrestling, High School, and so on.
The reason most of us got into Heroes of the Storm in the first place was to see Thrall go full shaman on Tyrael's ass or a murloc smack the Lord of Terror in the face. The very
of this game is a perfect illustration of this.
So please give us more:
1) cross-universe skins: eg. what would a Warcraft character look like in Starcraft?
Existing examples: Medic Uther, Protoss Li-Ming, Amazon Nova, Vrykul Leoric.
Val'kyr Auriel /
Iron Horde Zarya
2) alternate-fate skins: eg. what if a Diablo character had taken a different path (within Diablo)?
Existing examples: Valla as an Angel, Fel-corrupted Thrall, Sentinel Lunara, Malfurion Illidan and Illidan Malfurion.

High Priestess Maiev
Fun fact: back during the original game's development, they had even done concept art for
Wildhammer Uther and Zerg Nova.
In short, we need more Blizzard skins.
That's the stuff we are all familiar with. And, this is subjective, but to me it's also the coolest part of the game. What if Uther had been raised as a Death Knight? What would Greymane look like as a half-Zerg creature? What if Nazeebo was a Troll Witch Doctor? What if Hanzo had Protoss weaponry?
We love our Blizzard franchises, so it'd be nice to see them more of them, and mixing them together was also such a cool concept.
Again, I'm not saying they should never do Nexus-universe skins again. But we've had a bit too much of those lately. So please, enough with the Xenocybernetic, Evangelion and Star Princess stuff for a while, give us some Blizzard skins instead.
