Introduction

In this Post we'll try to predict what will change to the metagame Builds after this Balance Update.

I'm just a Master player that plays in Europe who was getting bored today.

Heroes

Diablo

No changes to his metagame Builds and no new Builds.

Artanis

Level 10: Purifier Beam now playable again, but still situational.

Notes: The famous Movement Speed changes made this Heroic bad for some time, but that time is over.

Rexxar

No changes to his metagame Builds and no new Builds.

Notes: Mend Pet costing a bit more Mana might reveal to be an issue in some matchups, but we could mitigate that by going for Easy Prey at Level 1 when we don't need Bird of Prey for killing Minions when Misha is holding the Objective or Hungry Bear at Level 4 when we don't need Armor via Hunter-Gatherer for the late game.

Varian

No changes to his metagame Builds and no new Builds.

Notes: Banner of Dalaran was already an option, especially when playing Colossus Smash, and now it might be more interesting when controlling an Objective for a long time.

Ana

No changes to her metagame Builds.

Notes: Vampiric Rounds at Level 1 can be considered buffed in situations when you can Attack more than 8 times on the same Hero, however it probably can't compete with the burst healing offered by Contact Healing that will help you survive from aggressive plays.

Deckard

No changes to his metagame Builds and no new Builds.

Notes: Now it's better to pick at least Sapphire at Level 1 or Emerald at Level 7 to deal more damage, however I'm not sure if Ruby will see some play after the initial testing phase.

Li Li

Level 4: Surging Wind is now the way to go for Q Build and E Build. Serpent Sidekick is still the way to go for W Build.

Level 13: Hindering Winds can't compete with the rest. Mass Vortex will probably be the default choice for Q Build. Gale Force will still be paired with Wind Serpent at Level 1.

Lt. Morales

No changes to his metagame Builds and no new Builds.

Level 7: Vanadium Plating looks better that the rest, however Physical Therapy and Medi-Drone might be good in some situations.

Notes: Medi-Drone allows you to heal two targets instead of a single one for 3 seconds each 11 seconds (equal to 27% additional healing), however it doesn't give any value when using Safeguard on the exact same target as Healing Beam. Physical Therapy is niche for countering Slow effects (eg. denying Stukov's Root by removing his Slow in time).

Malfurion

No changes to his metagame Builds and no new Builds.

Notes: Revitalize at Level 13 received an indirect buff, however Nature's Swiftness at Level 13 is too strong to pass in most if not all games.

Whitemane

Level 1: Pity the Frail and Righteous Flame look better than Inquisitor's Prayer now.

Notes: Thanks to the Mana buffs via the Desperation removal mechanic we can probably avoid going for Inquisitor's Prayer.

Level 13: Leashing Out looks better than Saintly Greatstaff now.

Notes: A single reset on your Searing Lash will heal about the same as an empowered Basic Attack and you can potentially get more resets but you can't empower more Basic Attacks per each rotation.

Qhira

No changes to her metagame Builds and no new Builds.

Notes: Fatal Wounds at Level 1 combined with Healmonger at Level 7 looks still too strong to pass.

Junkrat

No changes to his metagame Builds and no new Builds.

Li-Ming

No changes to her metagame Builds and no new Builds.

Closing

I can't update the Builds now because the site where I upload them usually takes a day to update after a new Patch gets released. Keep an eye on them via the link in the comment below!
