Abathur

  • Envenomed Nest at Level 1: Moved to Level 4.
  • Prolific Dispersal at Level 4: Moved to Level 1.

Alarak

  • Sadism (D): Default value decreased from 100% to 90%.
  • Applied Force at Level 7: Moved to Baseline.
  • Vengeance (D) added to Level 7: Sadism from Takedowns can't go above 20% and below 10%.

Alexstrasza

  • Flames of Fury at Level 1 reworked: Hitting a Hero with Flame Buffet increases your Healing Power by 50% for 10 seconds. Hitting a Burning Hero with Flame Buffet increases your Healing Power by 100% for 5 seconds. The effects don't stack.
  • Dragonqueen : Cooldown decreased from 150 to 120 seconds and duration decreased from 15 to 12 seconds.

Comment: Abundance isn't affected by Healing Power due to being percent based, but Gift of Life is. Dragonqueen will now be available for each objective on maps where this wasn't possible before and its duration has been reduced accordingly.

Ana

  • Contact Healing at Level 1: It's now Baseline for Ana only, but the Talent will still be there for Allies only.
  • Biotic Grenage : Cooldown reduced from 16 to 14 seconds.
  • Biotic Enhancements at Level 4: Cooldown reduction decreased from 4 to 2 seconds.

Anub'Arak

  • Harden Carapace : Cooldown increased from 6 to 8 seconds.
  • Cocoon : Duration decreased from 8 to 6 seconds.

Artanis

  • Shield Overload (D): Increase Artanis's Movement Speed by 10% for 2 seconds when it expires.

Arthas

  • Icebound Fortitude moved from Level 7 to Baseline.
  • King's Blood (Passive) added to Level 7: Arthas is immune to Healing Reduction effects.

Auriel

  • Resurrect : Channel time increased from 0.5 to 1 second; Delay decreased from 5 seconds to 3 seconds; Healing decreased from 50% to 40% maximum Health; Cooldown decreased from 80 to 70 seconds.

Blaze

  • Jet Propulsion : Delay of 0.5 seconds removed.
  • New Habits at Level 1: Moved to Baseline. Comment: This change will make him a bit more interesting as main Tank.

Brightwing

  • Soothing Mist : Manual activation will heal nearby allied Heroes too; Cooldown decreased from 100 to 60 seconds.
  • Magic Spit (Passive) at Level 4: Cooldown reduction decreased from 5 to 3 seconds.

Chromie

  • Andhoral Anomaly : Time Trap's Mana Cost decreased by 50%.

Deckard

  • Fortitude of the Faithful (D): 10 Armor removed.
  • Healing Potion : Cooldown decreased from 4 to 3 seconds; Healing decreased from 255 to 240.

Dehaka

  • Adaptation : Healing decreased from 100% to 75% of the damage taken; Delay decreased from 4 to 3 seconds.

Diablo

  • Devastating Charge at Level 13: Additional damage reduced from 80% to 60%; Maximum damage reduced from 120% to 100%.

D.Va

  • Mech's death decreased from 0.5 to 0.25 Experience of a Kill; Pilot's death increased from 0.5 to 1 Experience of a Kill.

E.T.C.

  • Guitar Solo will double the Armor bonus of Rockstar (D) for 2 seconds.

Genji

  • Shingan at Level 13: Damage decreased from 115 to 100.

Greymane

  • Inner Beast : Increase Human's Basic Attack range by 1 when active.
  • Fury Unleashed : Darkflight does double damage when Inner Beast is active.

Gul'dan

  • Rain of Destruction : Cast time increased from 0 to 1.5 seconds; Channel time decreased from 7 to 0 seconds; Damage decreased from 165 to 150.

Imperius

  • Burn the Impure (D): Damage decreased from 2.5% to 2% of the Hero's maximum Health.

Jaina

  • Frostbite (D): Slow reduced from 25% to 20%.
  • Ice Lance moved from Level 7 to Baseline.
  • Deep Chill (D) moved from Level 20 to Level 7.

Li Li

  • Healing Brew : Healing decreased from 175 to 150.
  • Cloud Serpent : Healing increased from 20 to 30.

Lt. Morales

  • Blast Shields at Level 4: Energy gain increased from 2 to 10.
  • Second Option at Level 13: Cooldown reduction decreased from 10 to 6 seconds.

Maiev

  • Cruel Chain : Damage per stack decreased from 30% to 20%; Maximum damage decreased from 150% to 100%.

Mal'Ganis

  • Fel Claws : The second activation will Slow the enemy by 50% decaying over 3 seconds.

Nova

  • Snipe : Explodes on Minions for 40% damage.
  • Pinning Shot : Mana Cost reduced from 65 to 50.

Orphea

  • Chomp : Delay reduced from 0.625 to 0.5 seconds.

Junkrat

  • Ripper Air : Cooldown reduction changed from "by 12 seconds" to "to 4 seconds".

Comment: This change will deny the use of two Concussion Mines in a row when having one set on the ground already.

  • Feral Heart (D) at Level 4: Moved to Baseline.

Stitches

  • Slam : Slow in the outer area increased from 0% to 20%.

Stukov

  • Bio-Kill Switch : Cooldown decreased from 16 to 12 seconds.
  • Healing Pathogen : Cooldown decreased from 10 to 8 seconds; Mana Cost decreased from 40 to 30.
  • One Good Spread at Level 4 reworked: Increases the healing over time by 20% per each other allied Hero affected, up to 40%.

Tassadar

Tyrael

  • El'druin's Might : Slow increased from 25% to 50% decaying over 3 seconds.
  • Bound by Law at Level 4: Slow increase decreased from 10% to 0%.

Tyrande

  • Elune's Chosen at Level 1: Healing decreased from 200% to 180% of the damage dealt.

Uther

  • Holy Light : Mana Cost decreased from 90 to 60.
  • Healing Wave : Mana Cost decreased from 70 to 50.
  • Hammer of Justice : Mana Cost increased from 40 to 70.

Valeera

  • Crippling Poison (Active) at Level 1: Moved to Baseline.
  • Wound Poison (Active) at Level 4: Moved to Baseline; Healing reduction decreased from 50% to 20%; Cooldown increased from 15 to 60 seconds.
  • Hemmorrage at Level 4: Basic Attack damage bonus increased from 30% to 50%.

Valla

  • Health: Increased from about 1300 to 1600 1400.

Whitemane

  • Scarlet Aegis : Armor decreased from 40 to 30.
  • Unwavering Faith at Level 4: Mana Cost reduction increased from 15 to 30.
  • High Inquisitor at Level 4: Mana returned decreased from 60 to 40.
  • Desperate Plea : Mana Cost increased from 30 to 40; Desperation's Mana Cost decreased from 60 to 30 per stack.

Comment: Math things in an attempt to balance Unwavering Faith and High Inquisitor at Level 4.

Yrel

  • Divine Purpose (D): Slow while casting Basic Abilities decreased from 25% to 10%.
  • Samaara's Light (Passive) at Level 7: Removed.
