Colombia Master SA/SO and Sniper Assassin in One OR Two Runs (you choose) – Easy Method, TEXT Guide

Hitman2 - Colombia Master SA/SO and Sniper Assassin in One OR Two Runs (you choose) - Easy Method, TEXT Guide

Note: The SA/SO run can be done using the Sniper Rifle to make the kills, but it's inconsistent and tricky to pull off, mostly due to the need to sneak around the Coca Fields. If you want to try, then just take the Sniper Rifle along with you and instead of killing the way I describe, shoot the target instead.

For each kill in the SASO method, I left notes explaining how to do the Sniper kill – again, totally possible but requires just that little bit of extra swiftness. If you're having trouble doing both at once, just do SASO by itself and my Sniper guide is super easy to do.

Also, I know there are faster ways of doing this, but I'm not about speed – I'm about ease. The methods I use are planned so that pretty much any player of any skill can pull it off.

Silent Assassin/Suit Only

Equipment: Silenced Pistol (Krugermeier if you have it), Lockpick, Coins.

Start at the Bus Stop. Skip the opening cinematic and immediately run left toward the Mansion where Andrea Martinez is hanging out. Timing is really important here, so get moving and don't stop.

Once you near the front gate of the mansion, stay to the right to avoid the camera, and enter the first alleyway just to the right of the gate. Follow the wall on your left until you see a broken portion you can climb over. Climb over it.

Climb through the open window, then move to the window in the opposite corner and climb through that as well. Shimmy down the ledge, jump onto the pipe, then jump back off the pipe onto the other side of the ledge, and climb through the window into the bathroom. Turn on the sink, and take cover against the wall near the crate. Wait for the guard to come in. When he kneels down to clean up the spilled water, subdue him and put him in the crate. Pick up his gun and turn the water back on.

NOTE: You are trying to distract Andrea's assistant with the sink, but SOMETIMES it distracts Andrea instead. It seems to be random. Honestly, if it distracts Andrea, this is much easier because you can just subdue her the same way you subdued the guard, then snap her neck and hide her in the crate. But since it seemed to be that the Assistant was lured in more often than not…

Climb out the window and shimmy back over to the first room you passed through. Stay outside the window, and wait for Andrea to come in. As soon as you have a chance, take aim and shoot her through the window. QUICKLY climb in and drag her body to the window, and dump her. Climb right back out the window. Her Assistant will be entering soon, so you need to be fast. (If you're doing Sniper you will need to climb all the way back out of this room and wait near the wall you climbed over, snipe her just after she enters the room and is walking away from the door, climb back in to dump her out the window and exit the other window to get up the pipe all before the Assistant catches you. It can be done if you're quick.)

Shimmy back over to the pipe and climb up. Climb onto the balcony. Stand up, and slowly move past the double doors, aiming into the open window. Use Instinct to spot the Security System, and when you have a clear shot, shoot it. Cameras Disabled. This may or may not alert guards – sometimes they notice the Bullet Impact, sometimes they notice the Gunshot (less likely if you have the Krugermeier), sometimes they don't notice anything at all. Either way, creep slowly down the stairs, creep behind the guard at the bottom, and back over to the wall you initially climbed over.

Ok. Now you're in public territory so you can take a breather.

As soon as you're over the wall, look to your left and move forward until you find stairs that lead down to the docks. Go down, turn right, then take the first left and go up the stairs. Turn right immediately at the top of the stairs, move foward and enter the building on the left – the meat shack. Take the Meaty Bone and exit the second door, go down the stairs all the way back to the main road, and turn left. You're heading toward the construction area now.

Before you reach the construction area, take a detour to the right into the foliage and follow the passage to the stream. Across the stream is a log tied up – shoot the rope. When the log swings into position, cross the log, and turn right. Go as far as you can to the right, then turn left and follow this path.

Keep going down this path until you reach the ruins. There are two guards talking in this area. Move ahead and turn right as soon as you can, heading into the Shrine area. As long as you creep, the two guards won't spot you. You need to pass them before they finish their conversation though, so don't lollygag.

Now, if you timed this all right, the Hippo Whisperer should be over by the Hippo pen. If not, wait for him to come back. After he feeds the Hippo a bunch of watermelon, he will walk around this area a little bit trying to find a cell phone signal. You are going to need to chain-lure him with coins down the tunnel toward the Shrine room, just far enough so that you can subdue him when he turns around to walk away without being spotted by the guard near the Hippo.

Subdue the Hippo Whisperer and hide his body in the crate in the Shrine room.

Go out into the area of the Hippo Pen. DO NOT SUBDUE THE GUARD. He needs to be there otherwise Rico will never come. From a safe, hidden location, take aim and throw the Meaty Bone into the water of the Hippo Pen.

Read:  Hitman is just unrealistically "figuring out" the way to kill your target.

You have an easy, fool proof kill coming – wait for Rico to arrive, he will dismiss his guard and stand right in front of the Hippo Pen. When he leans over the ledge, simply push him over. Nobody is alerted, and nobody ever will be. (If you're doing Sniper, simply shoot him in the back of the head. His body should flip over the ledge, if not, grab him and dump him.)

Ok. This next part involves a lot of sneaking and can be really difficult to pull off.

Save your game NOW.

Go back into the Shrine room. The first pillar on the left has a Remote bomb attached to it. Pick it up, and then place it right back where you found it. Go back into the Hippo Pen area, and sneak up the stairs and to the left. Obviously there are two guards in front of the bridge here that you need to get by – so, detonate the Remote Bomb. They will both run down to the Shrine room to investigate, giving you ample time to get across the bridge before being caught.

Once across the bridge, you're going to face a very difficult task of sneaking. Timing is EVERYTHING here and I can't help you any more than to tell you that the guard on the docks needs to be standing near the boat and looking through his binoculars when you sneak behind him. You're sneaking across the docks, staying low and against the wall so the patrolling guards above don't spot you, all the way across and to the left of that big orange waterfall screen thing, through the tunnel passageway and into the Coca Fields. Again, sneaking through here sucks. If your timing is even slightly off, you'll be spotted.

Here is a second, but safer method to get to where you need to be. After killing Rico, exit the same way you entered – through the tunnels. You'll need to distract the guards, so consider using that Remote Bomb and dropping the pistol you collected earlier from that guard in the bathroom. Either way, get all the way back out to the street and run alllll the way back through town, past the bus stop, into the tunnel and take your first left. Navigate through this area until you pass through a locked gate, going up to an area overlooking the Coca Fields, and climb down the vine.

I'm not going to detail exactly how to sneak through here, but with the cameras disabled, it'll be a LOT easier than trying to sneak through the mansion docks… although it takes longer.

Use the foliage and move SLOWLY so your movements aren't heard. Wait for your moment and pass across gaps quickly. You're trying to move all the way to the left hand corner of the Coca Fields – Franco's Hut. Sneaking through here is not hard as long as you're patient, there are PLENTY of opportunities to move without being seen, unlike the Mansion area where you have to be VERY precise with timing.

Once you finally get to Franco's Hut, go around back. Make sure Franco is on the other side of the Coca Fields, and disabled the AC Unit. The Helicopter Pilot will come out to fix it, subdue him and hide him in the crate. You don't have to turn the AC back on, nobody else notices it's off.

Pick up the Hut Key he dropped and go inside through the same door the Pilot exited. Hide in the crate.

Eventually, Franco is going to come in. The first thing he'll do is walk over to the CB radio. Kill him NOW and hide his body in the crate. You're going to exit the same door you came in, but make sure no guards are looking your way. (If you're doing Sniper, just jump out of the crate and shoot him, but it is possible that guards might hear. If not, hurry and put him in the crate and escape.)

Go back around back of the Hut.

See that Helicopter? Well.. here's another tricky sneaking part. Suspicion meters will fill up as you sneak across this area no matter how careful you are… but it can be done. Sneak to the chopper and escape.

If that's too risky for you, then the safer but LONGER route is to sneak back across the Coca Fields and back to the bus stop. It takes way, way longer, but again, the Coca Fields are easier to sneak through as long as you're patient.

Sniper Assassin

Equipment: Silenced Sniper Rifle, Lock Pick

Again, you can try to do Sniper along with SASO with just a little bit more elbow grease, but if you're having trouble pulling it off, this method is really stupid easy.

Basically, it's almost the same method as SASO except for the Franco kill and you can wear disguises to make moving around WAY, WAY easier.

Move up by the open window and unpack your Rifle.

NOTE: You need the sink to distract the Assistant, not Andrea. If it distracts Andrea, start over and try again. It seems random but more often than not it should lure in the Assistant.

Climb out the window and shimmy back over to the first room you passed through. Climb into this room and exit the other window. Move back a few feet by the post holding up the balcony, and take aim into the room, along the left wall. Andrea will enter the room and turn left, walking away from you. You need to shoot her NOW. If you wait, she'll turn around and see you (which counts against Sniper Assassin). Once you shoot her, QUICKLY get back into the room and dump her out the back window, and follow her out.

Either way, creep slowly down the stairs, creep behind the guard at the bottom, go back over to get your briefcase and pack up your rifle, and back over to the wall you initially climbed over.

As soon as you're over the wall, move forward until you find stairs on the left that lead down to the docks.

Keep going down this path until you reach the ruins. There are two guards talking in this area. Move ahead and turn right as soon as you can, heading into the Shrine area. As long as you creep, the two guards won't spot you. You need to pass them before they finish their conversation though, so don't lollygag.

Take his disguise.

Go out to the Hippo Pen (you're allowed to be here, no enforcers) and throw the meaty bone into the water. Now, wait for Rico to come down. You can go back into the Shrine room and hide if you want, otherwise wait for him to thank you and dismiss you, THEN leave into the Shrine room. Unpack your rifle and when he leans over the edge, shoot him in the back of the head – this should flip his body into the water. If not, doesn't matter. You can dump him if you want, or leave him. Pack up your rifle.

Now, go up the stairs in the Hippo Pen area. Cross the bridge. Enter the Mansion grounds, go all the way to the far end and turn right. Pass through this area and move ahead until you see a gardener pruning a bush, and just beyond him, a gate. Go through the gate and quickly hide in the foliage. You're in a Hostile area now, so sneak.

Sneak down the passage until you reach the bridge. Turn right over the bridge and get across quickly, back into the foliage for cover.

Climb up the vine. Move back a few feet and take out your rifle. This is a PROPER sniper kill coming up, so enjoy.

If you haven't saved yet, save now in case you miss the shot.

Essentially, scope in and use instinct. Wait for Franco to expose himself to a clean shot, and shoot him. It's that simple.

Once he's dead, drop the rifle and head down the path to the gate, pass through into the Shaman's area. You're safe now, so just make your way back out to the road and to the bus stop.
