tl;dr Sharing the same Fan Rework for Annie that managed to grant me 25 tokens in order to unlock Firecracker Vayne Prestige Edition.
I found myself short 25 tokens of Firecracker Vayne Prestige Edition at the end of the Lunar Revel event. Fortunately, I remembered that sometimes Riot will grant people small amounts of RP in order to afford a skin. The one downside to that, is that I can't draw. But, I had a curve-ball up my sleeve. I made a Fan Rework for Annie a few months ago that I figured would suffice for the 25 tokens.

I started playing this game in season 2, and back in season two i discovered a champion that inspired me to play league until this day. Vayne. Ever since then, I have always tried to own every vayne skin. I was trying my best to play enough to get the Firecracker Vayne Prestige Edition, but unfortunately missed the mark by a mere 25 tokens. Normally I would say its my own damn fault for not playing but a number of things came up this past month preventing me from reaching that mark. My great grandfather passed away at the age of 98 and I have been spending as much time possible as with my family. I know you don't normally just give away free things but please consider my position and consider giving me enough tokens to fulfill my dreams. Also, I know that you normally get requests like this with Fan Art attached. But I don't draw so instead look at this annie rework I wrote.

Now I would like to invite you to read my Fan Rework of Annie.
I was thinking today about how a bunch of older champions are getting reworked. I am completely okay with the idea that champions need updates to keep up with the game. I also think however, that champions should have the same feeling as they did pre/post rework. So I figured I would throw out some ideas about Annie in hopes that she doesn't become another Aatrox.
First off, I am going to talk about Annie's identity as a champion, so if you don't really care about this just skip to the Ability Descriptions.
Annie is a burst mage, with relatively low range. What Annie does well, she does really well. But that doesn't make her viable in today's league of legends. She is good at engaging a fight, or picking off carries by blowing them up with a single rotation of her spells. The problem is, that once Annie has used her rotation she is often left vulnerable due to her low range, and low mobility.
Annie, the Dark Child
Passive – Charred: Annie's spells mark enemies with stacks of char for 10 seconds. When an enemy reaches 5 stacks of char they become charred, stunning them.
- Stun Duration – 1 / 1.25 / 1.5
Q – Disintegrate: Annie hurls a fireball at an enemy target applying one stack of char, and dealing damage. Disintegrate does increased damage when Annie is in close proximity of her target (125 – 75%). If Disintegrate deals full damage, it applies two stacks of char.
New it's hotter near the flame: Disintegrate deals 75% damage at 750 target range, it deals 100% damage at 625 target range, or it deals 125% damage at 500 attack range or closer to annie.
New that's expensive: If the enemy is further than 625 target range, Disintegrate costs increased mana.
New it's really hot: When Disintegrate deals 125% damage to target enemy, it also applies two stacks of char.
New really riot?: Disintegrate will not apply stacks of char if the enemy is further than 800 units away from Annie at the point of impact. This is to make Annie's stun dodge-able by quickly dashing away from her.

W – Incinerate: Annie unleashes her flames instantly igniting the ground in front of her in target direction dealing damage, and spreading more 0.6 seconds after initial cast. Incinerate does increased damage when Annie is in close proximity of her target (120-80%). If Incinerate deals full damage, it applies two stacks of char.
New burn, baby burn: Hitbox changed:
- Initial cast range: 650 Spread range: 650 – 800
- Initial cast angle: 45% Spread angle: 55%
New wildfire: Spread time decreased per level (0.6/0.5/0.4/0.3/0.2 seconds).
New is it hot in here: Incinerate deals 80% damage at 800 target range, it deals 100% damage at 650 target range, or it deals 120% damage at 500 attack range or closer to annie.
New it's really hot: When Incinerate deals 120% damage to target enemy, it also applies two stacks of char.

E – The Spirit Within: Annie is watched over by the spirit of Tibbers, reducing all damage taken for 3 seconds after activation. When the shield fades, Tibbers' spirit attacks all enemies who inflicted damage upon Annie applying 1 stack of char, and dealing magic damage. This damage in increased by the percentage Annie's health dropped while The Spirit Within was activated.
New one at a time: Every subsequent enemy that hits Annie will take -10% damage from the spirit within (Minimum damage 50%).
New the more you give the more you get: Damage increased by the percentage of current health Annie lost while The Spirit Within was activated (Current health lost 15/25/35/45% increases damage by 5/10/15/20/25%).
New Tibbers doesn't mind tickles: If Annie doesn't lose more than 5% of her maximum health while The Spirit Within is activated, char is not applied, and no damage is inflicted on her enemies.
New you asked for it: If Annie loses 45% of her current health she applies two stacks of char to each target. Otherwise only one stack of char is applied.

R – Summon Tibbers: Annie summons Tibbers in a burst of flames, dealing magic damage and stunning all surrounding enemies. He then remains on the field as a controllable pet for 28 seconds, increased by unique champion takedowns up to 40 seconds.
New I have nothing clever to say: Unique champion takedowns increases pet duration (28/31/34/37/40 seconds).
New all charred up: Stun duration is increased for each stack of char that was already applied to enemies hit (.1 second per stack). Enemies hit will also have the cooldown of Charred refreshed.
120 / 100 / 80⇒ 130 / 100 / 70
- Stun duration: 1.1 / 1.25 / 1.4
150 / 275 / 400 ( + 65% AP)⇒ 150 / 225 / 325 ( + 55% AP)
Pet – Tibbers
REMOVED Flame Aura Tibbers deals magic damage to all nearby enemies every second. REMOVED Enrage Tibbers enrages for 3 seconds on summon, when pyromania stuns an enemy champion, or when Annie dies. During this time, Tibbers becomes ghosted and gains 275% bonus attack speed and 100% bonus movement speed, the latter of which decays over the duration.
New Q – Total disintegration: When Annie's incinerate makes contact with her target, Tibbers hurls a larger fireball at target location dealing magic damage and applying one stack of char. The further away Tibbers is, the longer the fireball takes to land.
- Damage: 15 / 25 / 35 / 45 / 55 ( + 25% AP)
New W – Total incineration: If Tibbers is in the cone of effect of incinerate, Tibbers ignites in flames burning nearby enemies in three heat waves dealing magic damage, once every second. All enemies hit by two consecutive ticks of damage are applied one stack of char.
- Effect radius: 375 (same as Veigar's stun)
- Damage: 15 / 25 / 35 / 45 / 55 (+25% AP)
New E – The Spirit of a Child: Annie unleashes her spirit, weakening herself, into Tibbers making him invulnerable, and unable to move or cast abilities. During the duration of his invulnerability he creates a circle of flames that enemies can not enter. Annie and her allies can enter the circle to reduce all damage taken.
New not so fast: Annie can only cast this ability once per spawn of tibbers.
New not completely useless: Annie's Disintegrate and Incinerate burn extra hot when inside Tibber's flame aura, applying an additional stack of char to target enemies (both will now apply 2-3 stacks)
- Annie takes increased damage: 55% / 50% / 45% / 40% / 35%
- Annie is slowed: 20 /18 / 16 / 14 / 12%
- Damage reduction in Tibbers Aura: 15 / 21 / 27 / 33 / 39%
- Duration: 2 / 2.5 / 3 / 4 / 5 seconds
Changed – Revenge: When Annie dies her spirit enters Tibbers fully, healing him to full HP. Tibbers abilities and movement become available to the summoner for the next 6/8/10 seconds (The Spirit of a Child will be available to cast a second time).
My thoughts and a quick summary of why I made the changes I did.
When I started playing around with Annie's kit, I wanted to keep her weaknesses and strengths similar to what they were post-rework. For the most part, I feel like this was accomplished. I gave Annie increased range to allow her to keep at a safer distance in the laning phase and team fights. This came at the cost of damage on the Q and W, and increased mana on the Q. I also kept her burst viable at very close distances. I feel as if that is crucial to Annie's identity. If she gets on top of you, she will burn you to a crisp. Annie players will now have to time her E well to be able to stack her passive and deal more damage than before.
The last thing I want to say is that the main reason I made this rework was to voice an opinion on what a future Annie rework could look like, without completely changing the feel of the champion.
