I've decided to look at each region in Runeterra and see how many of each class on client (Assassin, Fighter, Mage, Marksman, Support & Tank) they have.

So, going from Alphabetical Order:

Bandle City = 0 assassins, 1 fighter (Rumble), 1 mage (Veigar), 3 marksmen (Corki, Tristana & The Devil Teemo), 2 supports (Lulu & Yuumi) and 0 tanks

Bilgewater = 1 assassin (Fizz), 2 fighters (Gangplank & Illaoi), 1 mage (Twisted Fate), 2 marksmen (Graves & Miss Fortune), 2 supports (Pyke & Tahm Kench) and 1 tank (Nautilus)

Demacia = 0 assassins, 5 fighters (Fiora, Garen, Kayle, Shyvanna & Xin Zhao), 3 mages (Lux, Morgana & Sylas), 3 marksmen (Lucian, Quinn & Vayne), 1 support (Sona) & 3 tanks (Galio, Jarvan & Poppy)

Freljord = 0 assassins, 7 fighters (Gnar, Gragas, Olaf, Trundle, Tryndamere, Udyr & Volibear), 2 mages (Anivia & Lissandra), 1 marksman (Ashe), 1 support (Braum) and 3 tanks (Nunu & Willump, Ornn & Sejuani)

Ionia = 3 assassins (Akali, Master Yi & Zed), 6 fighters (Irelia, Kayn, Lee Sin, Sett, Wukong & Yasuo), 4 mages (Ahri, Karma, Kennen & Syndra), 3 marksmen (Jhin, Varus & Xayah), 2 supports (Ivern & Rakan) and 1 tank (Shen)

Ixtal = 3 assassins (Nidalee, Qiyana & Rengar), 0 fighters, 2 mages (Neeko & Zyra), 0 marksmen, 0 supports & 1 tank (Malphite)

Mount Targon = 0 assassins, 2 fighters (Diana & Pantheon), 2 mages (Aurelion Sol & Zoe), 1 marksman (Aphelios), 2 supports (Soraka & Taric) and 1 tank (Leona)

Noxus = 3 assassins (Katarina, LeBlanc & Talon), 3 fighters (Darius, Riven & Kled), 3 mages (Cassiopeia, Swain & Vladimir), 3 1 marksman (Draven), 0 supports & 1 tank (Sion)

Piltover = 0 assassins, 3 fighters (Camille, Jayce & Vi), 2 mages (Heimerdinger & Orianna), 2 marksmen (Caitlyn & Ezreal), 0 supports & 0 tanks

Shadow Isles = 0 assassins, 3 fighters (Hecarim & Yorick. Mordekaiser also appears here), 2 mages (Elise & Karthus), 1 marksman (Kalista), 1 support (Thresh) & 1 tank (Maokai)

Shurima = 1 assassin (Rengar, he appears here too), 3 fighters (Nasus, Renekton & Skarner), 3 mages (Azir, Taliyah & Xerath), 1 marksman (Sivir), 0 supports & 2 tanks (Amumu & Rammus)

Void = 2 assassins (Kassadin & Kha'Zix), 1 fighter (Rek'Sai), 2 mages (Malzahar & Vel'Koz), 2 marksmen (Kai'Sa & Kog'Maw), 0 supports and 1 tank (Cho'Gath)

Zaun = 1 assassin (Ekko), 3 fighters (Dr. Mundo, Urgot & Warwick), 2 mages (Viktor & Ziggs), 2 marksmen (Jinx & Twitch), 1 support (Janna) and 3 tanks (Blitzcrank, Singed & Zac)

And there we have it! A couple of notes here:

1: This list WILL be updated whenever a new champion is released, or whenever a champion's lore changes what region they belong to

2: The regions for each champion were taken from the region's pages on Universe, this does include repeats of champions if the situation calls for it (This does lead to stuff like Rengar being here twice, or Mordekaiser being in the Shadow Isles, despite being registered as a Noxian champion, even though he doesn't appear on the Noxus page. Weird)

3: The roles for each champion were taken from the client (As is evident by Pyke being considered a support & LeBlanc being considered an assassin)

4: This list does NOT contain champions that don't appear on any of the region pages (For example, Aatrox, Annie, Alistar, Bard Kindred, etc.), though I can add a category for them if requested
