WTF is this bullcrap ? I've play Starcraft 2 for years, and now they update the login UI, so I must accept new terms and conditions to continue playing ? Is there any way to bypass this lame move ?

Also I need to read this crap in such a small font and a lame browser ?

Go to the "Bonus gems" in the bottom to make Blizzard's life miserable

Let's drill down to some easy issues:

Why doesn't the Chat Agreement specify for how long they keep a copy of each chat exchange? Their Chat Agreement says they save and monitor the chat just for law and abuse checks, Yet their privacy policy states that any group in Blizzard can access your chat logs: (Who has access to this type of data? Operations, Customer Service, Game Teams, Publishing and Security.)

Installation. You agree that Blizzard may install Additional Software on your hard drive as part of the installation of the Platform, and from time to time during the term of this Agreement. <– So they can randomly install other software whenever they want, just so you can play their games.

Consent to Monitor. WHILE RUNNING, THE PLATFORM (INCLUDING A GAME) MAY MONITOR YOUR COMPUTER OR MOBILE DEVICE'S MEMORY FOR UNAUTHORIZED THIRD PARTY PROGRAMS RUNNING EITHER CONCURRENTLY WITH A GAME OR OUT OF PROCESS. <– Running the battle.net launcher in the background while not playing a game, may monitor your computers memory…

Additionally, certain Games include a tool that will allow your computer system to forward information to Blizzard in the event that the Game crashes, including system and driver data, and by agreeing hereto you consent to Blizzard receiving and/or using this data. <– Click accept, and we can send information about your computer when our game crashes…

Alterations. Blizzard may, from time to time, change or modify this Agreement as its business and the law evolves. In this case, Blizzard will notify you of any such changes or modifications by providing special notice. If you do not object to the amended Agreement within six (6) weeks following the special notice, your continued use of the Platform will mean that you accept the amended Agreement. <– anybody have any idea how I can object specifically to this screen I need to click I agree to keep playing starcraft 2?

Another section about they can give us notice via email, or blog post, but we must give them notice only via snail mail

The privacy policy has 404 links in it, such as:

marketing partners – https://www.blizzard.com/en-gb/company/about/marketing-partners.html

Bonus gems: We can fight back their crappy policies and "new UI login" which forces you to click "I accept" to continue using the game (even offline!!!!)

This link has many options for getting information that blizzard stores about you:

This link is to remove data they store on you (dunno if it entails the cutting parts of the service):

Object (hahaha, how so) to how your data is used:
