200% BOSS DAMAGE WAS USED; no other modifiers.
Firstly, I want to apologize for the rather abysmal video quality. This is my first ever attempt to record and upload my own gameplay, so please bear with me.
One of my completed runs from earlier today when messing around with true soloing on the beta. I have to say that the new dodging mechanics make it much easier to deal with hordes and not take hits at all. It feels very much like the first game in that regard. Not sure if it's a change for better or for worse though. Took some silly damage throughout the run, but I feel that it was fairly smooth overall despite having double boss.
Falchion still feels great despite the damage reduction on light attacks. I feel the attack speed buff more than makes up for it, I have no facts to back it up, but it feels like it's about 15% or so. Brace of Pistols are one of my absolute favorite ranged weapons. Very quick and easy to pop specials, and in conjunction with the Concoction trait makes for a good get out of a jail free card. I didn't do a lot of breakpoint research as you can probably tell by the 30% Power vs. Chaos/Infantry for Falchion. It no longer hits the one-shot headshot breakpoint, but I wasn't really sure what else to run, and it's what I had already. The cooldown buff to WHC's career ability feels fantastic, it's damn near always up and makes horde clearing even more of a joke. I also highly recommend the Rapier, it feels fantastic in the beta with the new dodge mechanics.
Big shoutout to /u/steelshift and /u/jinxedmerphit for their videos/streams. Really got me into true solo and it's one of my favorite things to do these days.
