How is it that the game is getting less fun every patch?

To be clear I love the game and I have dropped around 400 hours into it. A majority being in the beta and early patches.

A lot of players in our gaming community, including myself and my actual friends have dropped the game and only check in briefly every patch.

You need to think about how to make this game have the ability to let the player be an 'individual'. You say you don't want min maxing in the game and have forced the issue by not letting us even see our own statistics, yet the talent system is literally useless min maxing, which on top of that, has rarely more than 1 viable option.

  1. The talent system should offer decisions that affect how you play that character. Rebuttal: Not possible
  2. Proper game difficulty should not be based not on how long it takes you to kill something but how long something takes to kill you. Example: Escape from Tarkov

Rebuttal: Yes but then it's too easy to kill, ranged characters will dominate and maps will be too easy.

CounterRebuttal: Then the game is too one-dimensional and you need to add more types of enemies, enemy abilities, distractions and events that are not spread across difficulties as opposed to increasing the horde-size and HP pool. —————–wow, so much more engaging

Will keep checking in and hoping it's not – Guys we have a massive patch out for you this weapon has .5% less stagger and that character's dodge is now 19% instead of 17% weoww!

I don't mean to rip the game down, I love this game and I want it to grow and succeed. It has just become boring and slightly pointless since every run is the same.
