Hey guys,

just wanted to leave some quick infos about some Firestorms Reinforcements I was able to dig out of the client. Some general info first:

In contrast to my initial posting about Firestorm I have now seen almost every vehicle connected to this game mode – so forget about the Tiger / Valentine limitation (which was of course unrealistic in the first place but I just saw nothing else back then).

There are three towable vehicles: AT gun, AA gun and a camper trailer. The last one is of course a bit of gimmick but I saw the texture of it which indicate it has a highly flammable part – so maybe you can have some fun with it.

Vehicle Reinforcements

In the leaked tutorial video it was mentioned that you gain access to "reinforcements" by capturing objectives and safes. In the code I could spot two different kind of vehicle reinforcements.

The first one is a standard Staghound and is referenced as "Reinforcements_Staghound". The second reinforcement seems to be working a bit different and shows various references with "VehicleDrop_Chances" code. With regards to the associated values you're able to call in one of the following three vehicles:

M3 (british halftrack) – Drop chance: 40%

Sd.Kfz.251 "Hanomag" (german halftrack) – Drop chance: 40%

Panzer IV – Drop chance: 20%

So in one out of five calls you get a Panzer IV while rest will consist of a british or german halftrack.

Danger Zone

Up next I can confirm that the reinforcement "Danger Zone" is pretty much an artillery strike which has a 4 to 6 seconds delay after you call it and lasts 20 to 30 seconds. The "strike radius" is 40m (I guess they're using the metric system and meters since it just shows 40 as generic value).

Strafing Run & V1

The "Strafing Run" reinforcement has a "start height", "flight radius" and "plane speed" in the code and therefore can be almost securely confirmed as an AI controlled Stuka. And last but not least: the "V1 Rocket" is real and mentioned with a "launch radius" of 550 and a "launch height" of 300.

I know it's not that much info but as a passionate Battlefield player I love to share everything with you. And by the way thank you for all the positive feedback, really cool to see the community talking about all the stuff in such a good vibe during the last few days!
