If there is one thing detracting from my BO4 multiplayer experience, it’s the team balancing.

Very often, the worst players are left on my team match after match, and parties are always put on the opposing team. And even if there’s a party on my team, it’s a party of id*ots who have little idea what the phrase “Eliminate the enemy team” means”. I have pulled KDs upwards of 3.0 despite my team being absolutely useless and even so, squeaking out a win, or even an ugly win is damn near impossible.
And when this is happening to me about 8-9 matches out of 10, I am NOT enjoying myself, getting the “Loser” screen so often. There are even days where I can play for an hour straight and not attain a single victory, and those are the days that irk me the most, and today is no different, seeing how I’ve played since 10 AM and I haven’t seen a victory screen for even one time.

However, if there was a “XP Consolation Prize” of (maybe 5000XP? I’m not sure how much it should be)for the MVP, I would be more incentivised to be on the losing team. And so will players who are in the same boat as me. But as it stands, I have no motivation to be on teams with potato players who do absolutely nothing to help the team, because it’s not fun to take L’s match after match, and there is no incentive to playing on teams with such players.
