Let me start by saying I understand BO4 is far from a perfect game. There are netcode issues, ping problems, etc. However, the fact it seems that there are 10+ posts related to complaints involving tiny issues to every one positive post is just unnecessary. Game development & balancing are not things that always work out flawlessly upon initial release of a new feature.
Take for example Zero, it was abundantly clear she was very overpowered when initially implemented. So, the following week treyarch released tweaks to attempt to make her more balanced. Is she perfectly balanced yet? No. Why is this? Because balancing takes TIME. When they test such a large feature like a new specialist before release, they’re getting a small sample size of the potential bugs & issues that could come with the implementation. In turn, when it’s released to the millions upon millions of people playing the game, we all catch the bugs that weren’t initially caught. For some reason in this community when something isn’t perfect, people FLIP out.
& to everyone saying they don’t listen to the community, I have no quarrel with you but you’re dead wrong. Treyarch has implemented & changed a plethora of things in the game upon the community’s demand, but when something new goes wrong in-game everyone forgets that & chooses to go back to complaining.
Again this game isn’t perfect, in fact it’s far from it, but we are 2 months into the life cycle & it is without a doubt a solid call of duty game.
Rant over. Still love y’all. /s
