my personal off the top of my head idea: you drop into one of 5 arenas about the size of xeno'jiivas only with different designs, landscapes, ledges, etc.
the quest starts by sending 1 low rank great jagras, then 2, then 3, you get 1 first aid med for each monster you try to carve, then the next wave starts, it's a pukei pukei. then 1, then 2, then 3. and so on, and once you've gone through all the possible low rank monsters, you unlock the high rank and start the whole process over, only from this point forward you get first aid med + for each carve.
this is the point you'll wanna save as many potions as you can cuz after you've gone through every high rank monster and fought each elder dragon, you enter tempered monsters levels where the real challenge starts.
you now get 2 first aid med+ per monster but some monsters will require you to use more than that so you gotta be smart. you go through all tempered monsters and elders and then it restarts, with a level number going up with each clear and a wave number for every monster and it ends when you faint.
was gonna say fixed loadouts like the arena but I don't like that. you should be rewarded for having a perfect set. no items allowed to be brought in except 2 max potions and 1 ancient potion.
but that's it, my idea for a horde mode in monster Hunter world. I know it'll never happen but I was daydreaming and it just sounded so amazing. I would love to see something like this.
Capcom Plz??? ?
