I took inspiration from another spreadsheet that people were working on, as I liked the formatting of it. However, if you visit it now, you'll notice that it's kind of a huge mess. Everything on one page made it kind of a pain to fix, so I decided to just make a new sheet from scratch, using the information from the old one. This is in no way an attempt to take credit for their work or anything, but we were really overdue for a clean spreadsheet. I don't know who created that sheet originally, but, thank you. Thank you to all the hunters who contributed to it as well, I couldn't have made this without you.
Now, as for this sheet… instead of one really long list, I've sorted it into multiple tabs for each weapon class. If you guys really want a single page, I can add that back in, but I think this is fine for now. Also, there are 348 Kulve Taroth Weapons. We have found them all. It is important to note that these weapons come in pairs. Each R6 weapon has a "stronger" R7/8 counterpart that shares the same Prefix. Some classes have 24 weapons total, others have 26. I was unable to find evidence for another pair of weapons existing for the 24 ones, as no one seems to have found one or the other. Therefore, I am fairly confident this is all there is. I've sorted everything by rarity and then alphabetically, so it should generally look like less of an eyesore. Though, the sorting function may be broken at the moment, as I used some code from the old sheet to help make this faster, but I'm no expert with it and it keeps flipping out. For this reason I have also locked all the tabs from editing except the last one, so the whole thing doesn't randomly break and to discourage trolling. Since all the weapons should be here, however, I may just remove all the coding and switch it to plaintext. For now, I just wanted to get this out there.
However, I still need your help. The stats for all the weapons are there, but there are still some things missing. Primarily, it's Handicraft levels on a few things. Aside from that, I have no clue what to do with the Bowguns. I have never been a Gunner main, so I have no idea what's important to list for the Bowguns and what's not. For now, I've uploaded and linked to some Ammo Albums for the Bowguns I do have, pictures of all the ammo they can load and the modding charts. I do think it would be good to list some things for them in text, I just don't know what. If you have an idea for what you want to see done with the Bowguns on the spreadsheet, please let me know. Or, if you think the Ammo Albums are a good idea, feel free to upload your own as well.
Also, I would like there to be links to images of all the weapons, but at the time of writing, KT is returning soon and I wanted to get this uploaded sooner rather than later. I'll upload my own images soon, but feel free to send in yours too. If you don't want to upload them to imgur, send them to me directly on PS4 at KAITO_9562 and I'll take care of it for you. And please don't send pictures you took with your phone…
As a matter of fact, any idea you may have about this sheet – let me know. Comment here or PM me, anytime. Eventually, I want to add something to compare the weapons with their original counterparts, or maybe just a checklist for weapons you own, but I needed to post this soon and I need to work out the kinks in this one first. For now though, this should be a much cleaner, easier to navigate spreadsheet for everyone to read. I plan to be continuously updating this over the next week and listening to any feedback I may receive on it. And if the sheet becomes good enough, hopefully a mod here can pin this thread or the sheet somewhere to help people.
Break those horns!
