I'm literally trembling while typing and I can feel my damn heart beating.

So here I am… Around 20-25 max hours in… I managed to make BOTH prawn suit and cyclops in one go(was planning it since a long time).

So fine, did some remodeling and put the cyclops aside. It seemed too "heavy" and dangerous to handle.

So, got into the mech. Punched a stalker. Loved it.

Anyways, it was late so decided to save game and just take the suit for a ride… You know, die basically.

I walked and jumped and punched all the way to the lava things. Jumped in thinking I'd die. Nope!! There's RUBIES down there!!! OMG!! I have been wanting those for sooooooo long.

But still, wasn't gonna save so came out. Then, saw a cave with some(not much) smoke and lava… Went in.

Didn't care about the way I came cuz hey, I wasn't gonna save right?

Came across uranite crystals. No idea what they're for. Nuclear?

Took them. Saw soooo many rubies.

Energy at… 67%. Thought, hey, I can get back. Collected rubies.

And then it began… The claustrophobia feeling. No, I'm not claustrophobic but after tonight.. I feel I can understand 0.1% at least. Oh my fucking Christ… It was IMPOSSIBLE to get out of there!!!

And you know the classic thing… "Go down to go up". There was a way down, energy was at 40-50%… I thought, no, I want to go up.

So went up. And OBVIOUSLY, it was a dead end.

Finally, took all my guts and all my pulse rate to go down… And then up.

Idk how but I got out of that cave system. Just set the beacon to my seamoth at my home and just ran with my heart beating like hell.

I mean, I know, once I was out, I could just leave it there and swim to the surface and come back in the seamoth but I've never done something like that.

Read:  This game was pretty great

Man… That was scary af. I'm totally rambling but that was just so fucking cool… And… Scary. That was only at 300m depth… 350 MAX.

I don't think I can't go all the way down to 600 even. I'm not gonna play this game again for some time…

But I gotta say, that was just AWESOME. Scary awesome. And I hate scary awesome cuz of such moments where you're like "hopeless and no way out of the cave and I'll suffocate here and die…"

Wow. Only a few games can give me such a feeling.

But yeah, I'll be back… Just… Rest, a few days.

To anyone who is claustrophobic… Man, I'm so sorry. It must be genuinely awful. So scary. Again, 0.1% but still… It was awful.

TL;DR: It is normal when first piloting a Prawn suit to feel a sense of limitless power. Jumped into a cave. Got lost. Very difficult and scary to come back. Lovely, and claustrophobic.

PS: Got loads of rubies for all my fear! And some uranite too.

(And idk if this is a spoiler so marking as such anyways… Didn't even know there was a suit like this and a freaking submarine when I was 5-10hrs in. Like, even on the internet.)
